Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Apprentice with English and German in the Talent Acquisition team
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting recruitment processes in the Polish and German markets
- Participating in selected stages of recruitment under the guidance of the team
- Maintaining regular contact with candidates and building positive relationships
- Collaborating with an international team and supporting operational activities
- Using English and German language skills in daily work
Our requirements:
- Being a student in the final years of university studies
- Being available for a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Genuine interest in recruitment and motivation to independently lead end‑to‑end hiring processes in the future
- Enjoying building relationships and valuing collaboration in an international environment
- Confident communication in English and German (minimum B2 level)
