We are seeking an Application / TSA Access Analyst to support access analysis in an organizational separation scenario, including trust boundary changes and inter-company application access. This role focuses on evaluating application availability, authentication methods, network dependencies, and conducting an initial risk classification. The position is analytical in nature and does not involve operational implementation.

Application / TSA Access Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Analyze application access for internal and external users during organizational separation or trust boundary changes.
• Identify dependencies across application layers, authentication mechanisms, and network components.
• Evaluate authentication methods, including SSO, certificate-based authentication, and multi-factor authentication at a conceptual level.
• Assess network requirements relevant to applications, including IP addressing, ports, and inbound/outbound communications.
• Conduct preliminary technical risk assessments and classify applications as Low / Medium / High risk.
• Document risk factors clearly, systematically, and in an audit-ready format.
• Maintain structured, standardized documentation for application inventories and assessments.
• Collaborate effectively with application owners and stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements.

Our requirements

• Experience analyzing application access (internal and external).
• Understanding of access continuity post-organizational or trust boundary changes.
• Ability to identify dependencies between application layers, authentication, and network components.
• Good knowledge of S/MIME.
• Understanding of certificate-based authentication concepts.
• Familiarity with corporate use cases for authentication.
• Ability to assess authentication configuration from a technical perspective (without implementation).
• Solid understanding of IP addressing, ports, and inbound/outbound communication.
• Ability to gather and document network requirements from an application perspective.
• Experience performing preliminary technical risk assessments.
• Ability to classify applications as Low / Medium / High risk.
• Clear, structured, and audit-ready documentation of risk factors.
• Strong analytical skills and organized work style.
• Experience in standardized application assessments or inventories.
• Clear, traceable, and auditable documentation.
• Experience in TSA, carve-out, M&A, or organizational separation projects.
• Basic understanding of cloud and hybrid environments.
• Experience with SharePoint / Power Platform for documentation purposes.
