We are looking for candidates for the position of Application/System Support Engineer. The job is dedicated to a multinational company in the field of payment technology.
-Resolving problems and incidents-Perform root cause analysis-Investigating errors related to transactions-Debugging-Collaborating with the team to bring incidents, issues and requests to resolution-Creating technical documentation-Working in hybrid mode (office located in Warsaw)
-At least 3 years of experience in similar positions-Experience in application support-Knowledge of: Linux/Unix-Experience in troubleshooting production issues-Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL practices-English language (min B2/C1)-Knowledge of: Docker/K8S is welcome
