What youll do

• You investigate, resolve and/or escalate all tickets related to the SAP MM area, SAP Workflows, FIS processes.
• You assess the incidents/generic & service requests with a proper impact and urgency assignment.
• You act as ticket owner and maintain high quality communication with the business.
• You achieve a high-resolution rate with adequate documentation, and you align with third level support if needed.
• You analyze and prepare test cases in quality systems.

Who you are

• You gained solid experience working in SAP Material Management area especially in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification and knowledge of integration with modules such as Finance (Accounting) or Sales (Deliveries).
• You are familiar with workflows & release strategies (approvals) in SAP.
• You understand linking points between invoices flow in material management, finance and sales functional modules.
• You know how to customize SAP MM, debug SAP programs.
• You know the MDG/MDM solution (Business Partners, Vendors/Customers, Materials).
• You ensure excellent teamwork.
• You are a fluent English speaker.
