We are looking for an Application Support Specialist that will provide on-site support for our employees at MBDA Polska.

As an Application Support Specialist you will be responsible for:
Monitoring and maintaining the smooth operation of applications.
Resolving ongoing issues and reporting defects to appropriate teams.
Providing system and service support for the appropriate IM applications.
Creating and updating technical documentation.
Maintaining application support processes and checking that all support requests are dealt with in accordance with applicable procedures.
Interfacing with colleagues from outside of Poland to support Group-wide and international systems and connectivity.
Ensuring appropriate control of software/application versioning and asset management for all IM systems under control.
Document processing, systems and their interfaces for enterprise applications utilised in Poland.
Deputising for the IM Service and Support Lead as required.
Have a clear responsibility for and contribute to service continuity, and ensure cyber considerations are managed effectively.
What is more, as the role matures, the Application Support Specialist will elicit requirements and change requests specific to MBDA Polska. In the future, a person on this position will support the IM team in the preparation and analysis of commercial and procurement negotiations including the value for money analysis of proposals for service and supply.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning/Productivity (ERP) systems and their implementation including on-premise and SaaS. Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
Experience of enterprise applications across multiple domains including Finance, HR and Planning.
Good knowledge of English (written & spoken).
Strong understanding of IT principles & technologies i.e. from the end user application front-end to back-end infrastructure and databases.
Knowledge and experience of managing multiple enterprise applications, their interconnectivity and design.
