We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our production environments. This role is critical in maintaining seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality IT services. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Your responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support when necessary. Collaborate with development teams for smooth integration and deployment of applications. Monitor system health and performance using tools like AppDynamics, CloudWatch, Grafana, Splunk. Automate repetitive tasks using Ansible, Terraform, Python, SQL/PLSQL, and Linux/Bash scripting. Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures. Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process. Our requirements Proven experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Production Support roles. Strong background in Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD). Scripting skills in Python, Bash, SQL, or PowerShell. Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and security best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Availability for shift work and on-call duties.
