Electronic trading connectivity certification, configuration, and troubleshooting. Monitoring and maintaining the smooth operation of applications. Resolving ongoing issues and reporting defects. Providing technical support to users for application usage. Creating and updating technical documentation. Developing relationships/rapport with clients. requirements-expected : Bachelors degree in an analytical or technical field. At least 2 years of experience in similar position. Solid experience with MS Windows environment (Linux is a plus). Understanding of application processes and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with application monitoring tools. Knowledge and experience with some scripting language is a plus. Knowledge and experience with SQL is a plus. Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus.
