• Delivering, customizing, and supporting cutting-edge software products for the financial trading industry.
• Interacting with traders, engineers, electronic trading counterparties, marketdata-feed vendors to resolve production issues and handle non-production projects efficiently.
• Electronic trading connectivity certification, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring and maintaining the smooth operation of applications.
• Resolving ongoing issues and reporting defects.
• Providing technical support to users for application usage.
• Creating and updating technical documentation.
• Developing relationships/rapport with clients.

• Bachelors degree in an analytical or technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
• Solid experience with MS Windows environment (Linux is a plus).
• Understanding of application processes and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools.
• Knowledge and experience with some scripting language is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
