As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical banking applications. You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operation of production environments. 

• Experience in application and system support.
• Knowledge of ITIL and incident management.
• Proficiency in Windows, XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Control-M, MQ Series.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage escalations.
• Experience in banking or capital markets is a plus.
