ABOUT SERVICE DESK
As an Application Support Consultant you will work closely with our customers to always provide them with high quality support and service 24/7.
We are looking both for experienced support specialists as well as junior candidates with a problem-solving attitude, motivated to provide great customer experience. Depending on your experience, you can work on problems with different degrees of difficulty.

responsibilities :
As an Application Support Consultant, you will investigate and solve our customers incidents, investigate root cause and will be responsible for the actions taken and help our customers at the start of a project.
You will work with time-consuming issues that really make use of your ability to both look into the details and see the big picture, as well as creating good relationships and build trust with the customers.
You will contribute to the successful and efficient support process by providing adequate information for first, second and third line investigation and location of the problem.
requirements-expected :
High troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Great communication skills.
Strong customer focus.
Good understanding of computer systems, mainly Windows and SQL.
Understanding of logistics, logistics equipment and case management systems.
Bachelor degree in IT, engineering or similar field.
Fluency in Polish and English.
Openness to shift work.
Availability to hybrid work (3 days weekly of office work and 2 days weekly of remote work, in case of daily shifts).
