,[lies within execution of daily end-of-day deliveries, change-, incident- and problem management, improvements of monitoring., on this role, knowledge and experience about Java, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Bash and ITIL are crucial., 2nd line of support for complex applications working closely with developers, experience and supporting Java and PL/SQL applications and database concepts., good understanding of complex queries using aggregate and analytical functions, good experience with Unix and Windows, handling and resolving incidents following Service Level Agreements (SLA), continuous analysis of application and infrastructure performance problems, coordination of changes following company standards, analysis of application and infrastructure performance problems, following and update procedures and documentation according to company templates, focus on optimization and automation, monitoring systems (incl. job monitoring) and verification of events in IT systems based on alerts.
