Requirements:

• General knowledge of the manufacturing industry
• Technical education (secondary or higher)
• Good command of English language in speaking and writing
• Independence, initiative, and proactivity in action
• Ability to work in an international, diverse team
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel for work, availability, and driving practice

Responsibilities:

• Technical support for customers through remote desktop within measurement software
• Performing measurements on request on a CMM machine, scanner, or measuring arm
• Organizing training sessions at customer sites
• Conducting training at the DEMO Center and at customer locations
• Supervising customer inquiries and reporting work in the CRM system
