As an Application Security Team Lead , you will:

1. Lead a talented team of 4 AppSec engineers dedicated to securing our products at every stage of development.
2. Shape and refine our application security program, introducing best-in-class SSDLC practices and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
3. Drive impactful security initiatives such as security reviews, pentests, and the development of a red teaming approach.
4. Influence product security strategy, making decisions that impact our global audience.

Our technology stack includes Golang, Ruby, and Python for internal tools. We value flexibility and are open to introducing additional tools and languages that best meet our goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

1. 4+ years of experience in application security with a proven track record.
2. 2+ years of leadership experience , inspiring and managing security teams.
3. Hands-on expertise in implementing SSDLC or similar secure software development practices.
4. Solid and hands-on technical background in web and software security, with the ability to mentor and lead by example.
5. Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps practices is a plus, but a proactive, learning mindset is even more critical.
