Understanding our current security model, and continuing to propose and implement improvements to it to counter any possible threats,
Keeping up to date with security trends and news, and be alert for any new threats that could affect us,
Helping in establishing Secure SDLC for multiple teams,
Educating our projects members on security matters,
Performing application security trainings for development teams,
Working closely with software development projects.

requirements-expected :

Practical understanding of modern web application setup and security issues and risks behind it,
5+ years of professional experience in the field of Application Security, software development or DevSecOps,
Familiarity with CI/CD environment like: AzureDevOps or GitHub,
Strong understanding of security programs and initiatives like Security Champions,
Knowledge of security aspects including OWASP Top Ten, secure coding best practices, AI security,
Open mindedness, ability to work with multiple teams and perform presentations for big audience,
Very good communication skills,
English language on at least B2/C1 level,
Availability to come to the office in Gdańsk 2x per week.
