As a key member of Alfa Laval’s team, you will provide critical technical and commercial support for our Contherm® scraped surface heat exchanger product line, which serves demanding applications in food, personal care, and protein processing industries. This role ensures the successful delivery of capital equipment projects by supporting international sales teams, channel partners, and customers with product selection, design, quotations, and demonstrations. Operating in a global environment, you will collaborate with colleagues and customers across multiple time zones, providing expertise that drives sales success and reinforces Alfa Laval’s reputation as a trusted solution provider.
This position can be based at any of our offices in Europe, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 40–60 days per year, both within Europe and overseas.
You are an energetic and open‑minded professional with a strong technical background and the ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, international environment. You combine technical and commercial acumen to qualify sales opportunities, assess project viability, and communicate clear value propositions while managing risks and expectations. Curious and eager to learn, you continuously build your expertise in heat transfer and commercial practices, prioritize high‑value opportunities, and confidently challenge low‑qualifying requests. As a collaborative team player, you build strong relationships and influence effectively across the organization.
