responsibilities :
Diagnose the nature and origin of operating incidents or problems and implement corrective measure
Monitor, using monitoring tools in particular, the status of IT resources and intervene preventively if necessary
Manage P1, P2, P3, and P4 priority incidents escalated to assigned responsibility groups
Analyze the incident and seek a workaround
Verify the availability of services and systems
Participate in the resolution of critical incidents
Update and track tickets
requirements-expected :
Good knowledge of Unix/Linux & Windows OS
Hands on experience with Middleware technologies (Apache, Tomcat, Websphere, Jboss...)
Experience with a scheduling tool (TWS/IWS ideally)
Readiness for on-call duties
We appreciate if you also have experience with : Openshift, Splunk, Netbackup, Autosys, Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, Service Now
