We are looking for a highly skilled Application Manager/System Engineer ServiceNow to strengthen our global IT Application team. In this role, you will be responsible for the stable operation, continuous development, and strategic enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in ensuring secure, efficient, and future-ready platform services across our international organization.
ServiceNow is our central platform for all IT processes and is being continuously expanded to support our transformation towards a proactive IT-Business Partner for the Roto organization. In this role, you will not only ensure operational excellence but actively shape the platform’s evolution.
responsibilities :
Operation, optimization, and continuous development of the ServiceNow Platform
Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring and maintenance
Coordinate major and minor releases, plan and execute platform upgrades and release transitions, including testing and documentation
Oversee change, release, and test management processes in alignment with ITIL standards
Manage and operate system integrations with external applications and data sources in cooperation with the Data Integration experts
Handle second- and third-level support tasks
Maintain user accounts and master data, ensuring data accuracy and access control
Manage external service providers and ensure quality delivery of external services
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as IT-Infrastructure, Security, Service Management and Application Management
requirements-expected :
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and its modules, including platform architecture, configuration, and lifecycle management
Experience in application lifecycle management, including planning, deployment and maintenance
Experience in implementing customer requirements on the ServiceNow platform as a developer
Fluent in English, German is a plus
