We are looking for a highly skilled Application Manager/System Engineer Salesforce to strengthen our global IT Application team. In this role, you will be responsible for the stable operation, continuous development, and strategic enhancement of the Salesforce platform. You will play a key role in ensuring secure, efficient, and future-ready platform services across our international organization.

responsibilities :

Operation, optimization, and continuous development of the Salesforce Platform with a focus on the Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud products
Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring and maintenance
Coordinate major and minor releases, plan and execute platform upgrades and release transitions, including testing and documentation
Oversee change, release, and test management processes in alignment with ITIL standards based on the business process requirements
Manage and operate system integrations with external applications and data sources in cooperation with the Data Integration experts
Handle second- and third-level support tasks
Manage external service providers and ensure quality delivery of external services
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as the sales department and IT department

requirements-expected :

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and its ecosystem, including platform architecture, configuration, and lifecycle management
Experience in application lifecycle management, including planning, deployment and maintenance
IT process knowledge such as ITIL or other IT Service Management Frameworks
Understanding of the sales processes of an international manufacturing company
