Support IT application platforms and the application lifecycle for SAP module, acting as System Manager on mandate from System Owner
Oversee service delivery for respective applications and act as first contact point for application-specific issues.
Manage day-to-day delivery of contracted services, ensuring quality, compliance, and addressing any application issues or failures.
Handle maintenance, upgrades, and patching requirements by utilizing relevant support team
Drive and track continuous improvement initiatives, proactively managing risks and issues to minimize application downtime or outages.
Support Head of ERP Operation and Suppor, Senior Application Managers, and Application Managers in building and maintaining key global guiding principles, templates, and other material.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties delivering services for applications in scope.
Wymagania
2+ years of experience as Application Manager/System Manager/Delivery Manager within life science - FI, HR, FIN, Procurment (SAP)
Knowledge of compliance (GxP) and the pharmaceutical industry (nice-to-have)
Solid knowledge of LIMS and/or Empower
ITIL knowledge, including experience with the Service Now tool.
Experience managing the day-to-day delivery of contracted services, ensuring quality, and addressing application issues or failures.
Expertise in process optimization and documentation.
A professional background with relevant education, training, and experience in IT application management.
Good collaboration, presentation, and communication skills
