Your Role

As a Application Manager for Serialization you will:

1. Work closely with Senior Application manager for Manufacturing and application owners to gain and withhold an understanding of demands and requirements
2. Serve as single point of contact from relevant business stakeholders towards LEO Global IT and external IT partners
3. Responsible for service delivery for SAP ATTP and Antares, action as application specific first escalation point
4. Manages day-to-day delivery and responsible for quality/compliance and for addressing application issues or failures
5. Responsible for ensuring maintenance, upgrades and patching
6. Drives and tracks continuous improvement initiatives
7. Support ERP Manager, Senior Application Managers and Application Managers, in building and maintaining key global guiding principles, templates and other material
8. Builds and maintain the relationship with vendors delivering Services

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

1. Experienced working with SAP ATTP and Antares
2. Compliance (GxP) / Pharma knowledge
3. ITIL knowledge (i.e., experience with Service Now tool)
4. Manages the day-to-day delivery of the contracted services, accountable for the quality, and responsible for addressing application issues or failures
5. Experience with process optimization and documentation
6. Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills
7. Professional proficiency in written and verbal English
