About the project

We are looking for a person, who will join our growing IT Team and will participate in delivering solutions for our users.

If you would like to work in international environment, learn new tools and technologies, appreciate friendly atmosphere, you are a perfect fit for us.

Your responsibilities

  • Handling of assigned Helpdesk tickets
  • Collaboration with the application management team and other IT Teams (AMT)
  • Participation in projects approved by the Team Manager
  • Application management and support in the assigned area
  • Conducting training for application users
  • Carrying out the instructions of the Team Manager
  • Management and coordination of external vendors

Our requirements

  • Min. secondary technical education with an IT profile
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Second or Third Level Support Knowledge, Operating System Knowledge (Windows, Linux), Scripting (Shell and/or Python or similar) Knowledge
  • Communicative knowledge (both, spoken and written) of English and/or German
  • Very good knowledge of OS Windows and MS Office and program in accordance with the responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting skills and problem-solving orientated mind
  • Ability to explain technical complexities to non-technical person
  • Open minded, open to new topics and technologies, teamwork and mutual support

Optional

  • Cloud / Azure Basic Skills, Experiences in Automation (by using Scripting, or other Tools), Power Platform, Databases
  • Linux experience
  • Scripting skills (Shell and/or Python or similar)
  • Azure or any cloud hosting platform advanced skills
  • Other languages
