In this position, you will work closely with key business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
responsibilities :
Windows Server Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Windows Servers including installation, patching, updates, and decommissioning
On-Premise & SaaS Systems Administration: Manage the health and performance of on-premise applications and SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability and alignment with business needs
IT Documentation: Create and maintain up-to-date system documentation, including security documentation, authorization concepts, and operational procedures
Stakeholder Support: Act as a point of contact for key business stakeholders, ensuring IT systems meet operational and strategic requirements
Vendor Management: Link up with software and service vendors for issue resolution, service optimization
Security & Compliance: Support compliance efforts by applying security patches, maintaining secure configurations, and implementing best practices in accordance with internal and external standards
Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolutions, and implement improvements to prevent recurrence
requirements-expected :
proven experience in managing Windows Server environments
excellent stakeholder and vendor communication skills
strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and SaaS ecosystems
bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
experience in maintaining technical and security documentation
