We work with multiple online shops, ensuring every customer’s digital experience is seamless - from browsing to checkout. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team providing high-quality 2nd and 3rd line support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a smooth data and order flow between systems.

Assignment

  • Deliver top-quality 2nd and 3rd line support for our clients’ eCommerce systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze incidents, and work closely with customer project managers - you’ll be the face of Solteq in daily operations.
  • Collaborate with talented support specialists and developers across Wroclaw and the Nordics.
  • Start with smaller support tasks and gradually grow into more complex backend responsibilities as you learn the system architecture.
  • Contribute to a supportive, communicative team environment - where asking questions and sharing knowledge are key to success.

You

You’re a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your tasks, and thrive as part of a team.

You have:

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Some experience in an application support or similar technical role.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).

Your Technical Toolkit

Must have:

  • Basic experience with debugging and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with ITIL or general support workflows
  • Understanding of eCommerce systems
  • Knowledge of XMLSQL, and Git
  • Basic understanding of JavaScriptHTMLJSP, and network connections

Nice to have (we’ll help you learn these!):

  • Basic Java programming skills
  • Linux bash scripting
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with automated monitoring tools
  • Unix expertise or DB2 knowledge

Working Hours 

Our support team works in shifts to ensure continuous service for our customers.
Your workday will start either at 06:00 or 14:00 CET, depending on the shift schedule.
