Application Management / Operations Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for internal and third-party applications,
• Cooperate daily with Development, Business, Vendor, Infrastructure, and Database teams,
• Work in line with ITIL best practices (incident management, work orders, change management, problem-solving, etc.),
• Drive and coordinate maintenance activities, including software upgrades, license renewals, certificate renewals, hardware management, infrastructure patching, vulnerability assessments, migrations, and disaster recovery tests,
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to supported applications and their components,
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for technological infrastructure, software, and equipment,
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings, planning meetings, and project discussions.

Our requirements

• Willingness to learn new technologies,
• Experience in the IT industry,
• Background in DevOps/IT Specialist/IT Infrastructure/IT Application Operations/2nd line support,
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework and its practical implementation,
• Understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies,
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (Ansible, Bamboo, GIT, Bitbucket/GitHub),
• A focus on maintenance and continuous improvement of supported applications,
• Strong organizational skills,
• A proactive problem-solving attitude.
