As an IT Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing applications tailored to meet our manufacturing needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Software Development: Design and develop applications, contributing to their entire lifecycle—from selection and implementation to maintenance and retirement.
Operational Support: Provide support to end-users, including OnCall Service, addressing queries and resolving issues to ensure effective application usage.
Application Upgrades: Participate in the upgrade process, including testing, versioning, deployment, and validation, to maintain optimal performance of software applications.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including user guides, configuration details, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with business counterparts, IT teams, and service suppliers to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement, aligning application functionality with manufacturing goals.
Business Satisfaction: Improve business satisfaction and application performance by ensuring services meet the needs of the organization.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry regulations.
Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal and external IT teams, supporting the implementation of annual plans while considering long-term developments.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or equivalent industry experience.
3+ years of experience in Application Development, particularly within manufacturing contexts.
Strong proficiency in programming language (Oracle Forms/APEX) and R&D tools (e.g., Git).
Intermediate skills in server operating systems and databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and cloud technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development and improvement.
Strong communication and cooperation skills in both German and English, spoken and written.
