responsibilities :

Deliver 3rd-level technical support for CargoWise One, including advanced troubleshooting.
Respond promptly to critical incidents, focusing on identifying effective solutions that address business needs and ensure smooth operations.
Support end users with requests, including complex data exports and database queries.
Act as a technical counterpart for 2nd-level support and the implementation team and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and optimize SQL queries to improve system performance and reporting needs.
Maintain the application within a Windows ecosystem, ensuring the stable operation of application and web servers.
Collaborate with stakeholders and enterprise architects to create and enhance data-driven solutions.
Conduct feature and release testing to ensure the reliability of new functionality.
Analyze system performance, bottlenecks and identify areas for improvements and scalability.
Maintain solution documentation in alignment with enterprise architecture requirements.

Strong skills in SQL database statements and query optimization.
Knowledge of scripting languages, XML, Excel macros, and other automation tools is a plus.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and deliver pragmatic, effective solutions.

Strong service-oriented attitude, able to support and mentor colleagues.
A degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Excellent English skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with international teams.
Experience in freight forwarding is an advantage.
