We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst specializing in OpenText systems to support and manage the application aspects of multiple live services. This role is crucial in ensuring the application infrastructure's stability, security, and optimization.

Project scope:

• Manage and maintain the application infrastructure for multiple live services, with a strong emphasis on OpenText environments
• Perform installation, configuration, administration, and patch deployment (via System Center) for OpenText ECM solutions, particularly Content Server
• Oversee Content Server Transport and specific Content Server components and modules, including Indexing, Search Administration, and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)
• Develop and maintain LiveReports, WebReports, and support OpenText Workflow and Appearances
• Utilize Enterprise Connect and Livelink Builder for customization and enhancements
• Engage in API programming and development using Jquery to extend platform capabilities
• Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure system scalability, security, and high availability
• Support additional tools such as Enterprise Scan, OpenText Imaging WebViewer, SharePoint Connect, Brava!, Blazon, and iHub
• Assist with integrations involving OpenText Extended ECM, Business Center Capture, and SAP Solutions where applicable

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText systems at an architectural level
• Expert knowledge of OpenText ECM, particularly Content Server (installation, administration, configuration, and troubleshooting)
• Strong expertise with OpenText Directory Services (OTDS), LiveReports and WebReports, Workflow and Appearances, and Content Server Transport mechanisms
• Solid understanding of API programming and Jquery for system customization
• Experience with patch management systems (System Center or equivalent)
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to manage complex application environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with OpenText Extended ECM
• Familiarity with OpenText Archive Center and Business Center Capture
• Exposure to OpenText SAP Solutions integration
• Knowledge of additional OpenText tools like Enterprise Scan, SharePoint Connect, Blazon, Brava! and iHub
