responsibilities :
Administer and maintain business applications to ensure high availability and performance
Manage application configurations, updates, and patches
Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues proactively
Provide 2nd line support for application-related incidents and service requests
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure smooth deployments and integrations
Maintain documentation for application configurations and operational procedures
Participate in change management and release processes
Support audits and compliance activities related to application management
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as an Application Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role
Good understanding of application lifecycle management and ITIL processes
Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux server environments
Experience with application monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana)
Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to perform queries
Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., Active Directory, SSO)
Ability to troubleshoot application and integration issues
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) will be an advantage
English language proficiency (minimum B2)
