responsibilities :


  • Administer and maintain business applications to ensure high availability and performance
  • Manage application configurations, updates, and patches
  • Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues proactively
  • Provide 2nd line support for application-related incidents and service requests
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure smooth deployments and integrations
  • Maintain documentation for application configurations and operational procedures
  • Participate in change management and release processes
  • Support audits and compliance activities related to application management

requirements-expected :


  • Proven experience as an Application Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role
  • Good understanding of application lifecycle management and ITIL processes
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux server environments
  • Experience with application monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana)
  • Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to perform queries
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., Active Directory, SSO)
  • Ability to troubleshoot application and integration issues
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) will be an advantage
  • English language proficiency (minimum B2)
