A successful Appian Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications using the Appian platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency.

responsibilities :
Design, develop, and implement complex business applications using the Appian platform.
Develop and maintain Appian process models, interfaces, and integrations.
Configure and customize Appian components to meet specific business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure the security, performance, and maintainability of Appian applications.
Stay abreast of the latest Appian features and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
requirements-expected :
6+ years of professional experience in Appian development.
Strong understanding of Appians core functionalities, including process modeling, interface design, and integration capabilities.
Experience with Appians SAIL (Smart Application Interface Language).
Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MariaDB.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
A strong work ethic and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Fluent English language skills.
Ability to work in the afternoon hours (from 2:00 PM CET or later)
