• You will join a large scale transformation initiative focused on application performance, observability and stability across distributed systems.
• Location: Remote
• Contract type: B2B, 120–160 PLN + VAT/h
• Duration: Long term
• Working time: Full time

• Drive performance engineering activities across complex, distributed applications
• Analyse JVM performance, tune Java applications and investigate GC behaviour
• Perform deep dive analysis using APM tools and observability stacks
• Identify database bottlenecks, slow queries and performance issues
• Review thread dumps, heap dumps and system logs
• Collaborate with development, architecture and SRE teams to resolve issues
• Provide recommendations for performance improvements on app and infra levels
• Build scripts and automation supporting monitoring and analysis processes
• Prepare clear performance reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Work in environments using cloud platforms, containers and modern observability tools

• 7+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, APM or Senior SRE role
• Expert level, hands on experience with at least one major APM tool such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics or New Relic
• Strong understanding of Java application performance, JVM tuning, GC analysis, thread and heap dump investigation
• Knowledge of database performance optimisation, including slow query analysis
• Solid understanding of web servers like Apache or Nginx and application servers such as Tomcat or JBoss
• Exceptional analytical, drill down and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP environments
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker
• Scripting skills in Python or shell
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or ELK Stack
