API Developer (Confluence Cloud, Kafka)

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Design, develop, and implement reusable APIs to support Salesforce interactions with the client's back-end systems.
• Ensure the APIs are robust, scalable, and meet the integration needs of various projects.
• Utilize Confluent Cloud to manage Kafka as a service for efficient data streaming and event management.
• Develop and maintain Kafka producers and consumers to enable real-time data processing.
• Work closely with the API development team to understand integration requirements with systems like Facets, custom-built solutions, and SAP.
• Ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, designers, and other developers, to gather requirements and ensure successful API deployment.
• Communicate effectively with the client to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure API functionality and reliability.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging to resolve integration issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of API designs, configuration, and integration processes.

• Proven experience in API development and integration.
• Expertise in Confluent Cloud and Kafka for managing data streams and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration capabilities.
• Experience with healthcare systems, particularly Cognizant's Facets, and other enterprise solutions like SAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and related compliance requirements.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms and services that might integrate with the existing architecture.
