Responsibilities:
- Oversees the quality, accuracy and timeliness of process activities within Invoice processing EMEA GBS STP team.
- Maintains excellent relationships with internal & external stakeholders (incl. Procurement, Suppliers, etc.).
- Sets goals & defines priorities for the team; supports team in solving problems on a daily basis.
- Ensures process execution in accordance with policies, legal regulations, internal controls and standards.
- Proactively drives standardization and continuous improvement for processes in scope.
- Ensures process documentation (process maps and Standard Operating Procedures) is in place and regularly updated.
- Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office.
Your Profile:
- 2 years of experience in finance area preferred.
- Experience in Team leader/Supervisor position.
- Very good written and spoken French.
- Good written and spoken English.
- MS Office Skills, including advanced Excel literacy.
- High problem-solving and coordination skills.
- High customer and service orientation.
- Very good communication skills and assertiveness.
- MA/BA degree in accountancy, economics or finance related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office (up. Kolorowa 6).
