What You Will Be Doing

• Lead a skilled operational and professional team in Accounts Payable.
• Ensure invoices are posted and paid according to agreed timelines.
• Participate in projects that develop your skills and allow career progression.
• Act as the first point of contact for daily escalations within ROCKWOOL GBS.
• Drive efficiency and improve data quality; review cost/benefit analyses to enhance process performance.
• Proactively anticipate potential delays and mitigate impact on team workload.
• Plan audits, secure resource availability, and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate change management at team level.

What You Bring

• Masters degree in accounting, management, economics or related fields (preferred).
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and related process applications.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Leadership and people‑development skills.
• Collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive approach and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks successfully in a hectic working day.
• Quality‑and‑efficiency‑driven approach with continuous improvement.
• Active pursuit of empowerment and contribution to Accounts Payable process optimization.
