About our Client

For our client, Kempower—a Finnish company creating the most user‑friendly, scalable, and smart DC fast‑charging solutions for all electric vehicles—we are building a new Finance Service Center in Kraków. We are currently looking for talented professionals who would like to join this newly established financial hub and contribute to Kempower’s dynamic growth.

Job Purpose

Lead the AP delivery team within the SSC by managing day‑to‑day operations across procurement support, invoice processing, payment execution, vendor master data management, and employee expense claims. Ensure high performance, strong compliance, and accuracy while driving continuous improvements in service quality, efficiency, and productivity. Collaborate closely with the Finance Process Owner and the SSC Operations Manager to implement ongoing process enhancements and elevate overall P2P operational excellence.

Scope of Duties / Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the P2P team to meet SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity targets.
  • Ensure optimal staffing, workload distribution, and training within the team.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, compliance, and proper segregation of duties.
  • Act as the main contact for procurement, AP, business units, and vendors; handle escalations and resolve process issues.
  • Oversee the full P2P cycle: procurement support, invoice processing, payments, vendor master data, and expense claims.
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs, ensuring visibility of team performance.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements, including automation and standardisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the end‑to‑end P2P process.
  • Collaborate with external service providers when relevant and escalate unresolved issues to the SSC Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of team leadership experience in P2P/AP or transactional finance roles within a shared service or multinational environment.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing high‑volume transactional finance processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of P2P processes, ERP systems, and modern automation/AI tools.
  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a service‑driven environment.
  • Ability to work with the business to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
