What we expect

  • fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish / German / Dutch / Italian / Turkish,
  • at least 2 years of experiencein accounting,
  • experience infinancial transaction processingwithin a shared services environment,
  • a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
  • profitiency ininvoice processing– both manually in SAP and via Open Text VIM,
  • familiarity withquery management, rebates, settlements, travel & expenses, vendor master data, and bank verificationsis a plus,
  • knowledge IT systems, includingSAP and MS Office (especially Excel),
  • strong user experience focusand committment to deliver excellent service.

Your tasks

  • handling accounts payable,​
  • reviewing, coding, and posting invoices​,
  • conducting payment transactions​,
  • reconciling accounts​,
  • regular contact with the client and informing about the status of requests,
  • providing effective, efficient and value adding services, to the rest of the organisation, directly aligned to customer needs,
  • providing services in a standardised way delivered through a shared services mode
