For our Client, GBS from the top in the industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of AP Specialist with French who will take part in the transition of processes.

AP Specialist with French

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in accounting,
• fluency in English and French (at least B2),
• knowledge of the SAP and Concur systems will be an asset,
• ability to use MS Office,
• high analysis and problem-solving skills,
• good communication skills and attention to detail,
• experience in transition and project improvement will be nice to have,
• a bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or the economy area will be a huge advantage.

Responsibilities

• processing invoices and preparing payment proposals,
• performing reconciliations,
• recording of invoices, triggering approvals and scheduling payments,
• monitoring blocked items on a daily basis,
• settling travel & expenses in cooperation with employees,
• participation in process transition,
• involvement in the automation and standardization of financial processes,
• cooperation with other financial departments and local markets,
• communication with business partners and third parties as needed to resolve invoice inquiries, discrepancies, and approvals.
