Job Description:

Role: AP Specialist with English and French

Location: Wroclaw (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

1. Processing invoices accurately and in compliance with accounting standards
2. Uploading bank statements and transactions
3. Handling queries related to invoices and payments
4. Assisting in performing month-end closing activities
5. Setting up new suppliers
6. Creating basic reports
7. Assisting with updating process documentation in response to changes in country-specific regulations or requirements

Requirements:

1. Good command of French (minimum B2)
2. Good command of English (minimum B2)
3. Experience working in finance, accounting or administration
4. Analytical thinking skills
5. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
6. Solution-oriented approach
