Project information:

• Type of project: Accountancy
• Location: Warsaw; hybrid work model
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, start between 7-10 AM (8 hours per day)
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Remuneration: 10000 - 13000 PLN gross (depending on the candidates experience)

Responsibilities:

• Verifying and processing invoices
• Contacting with vendors and resolving discrepancies
• Monitoring payments processing
• Supporting month-end closing activities
• Preparing reports and analyses
• Reconciling vendor/balance sheets accounts
• Participating in audits and internal controls

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting department (preferably in Accounts Payable/PTP area)
• Very good English (B2/C1)
• Problem-solving and great communication skills

• Full-time job agreement based on employment contract
