YOUR ROLE

AP Process Expert participate or lead the achievement of service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service that drive compelling business outcomes.

YOUR TASKS

• Provide support to other team members in resolving operational issues based on your process expertise.
• Ensures that your daily activities responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets.
• Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.
• Problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices.
• Reviewing instructions accompanying invoices to determine proper disposition and crediting accounts in accordance with standard procedures.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in the P2P or similar area.
• At least B2 level of English and German.
• Ability to analyze end to end processes.
• Multitasking, ability to organize your own work according to procedures.
• Understanding KPI measures and their impact on profitability.
• Experience of work in a multicultural environment, work both as a team member / independently.
