AP Problem Resolution Process Specialist

YOUR TASKS

  • Support team members in resolving operational issues using process expertise
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily tasks per Desktop Procedures and SLA targets
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice and purchase order processing
  • Handle internal and external inquiries regarding account status and resolve discrepancies
  • Deliver customer-focused service to the client
  • Identify and resolve problems with accounts payable invoices
  • Review invoice instructions to ensure correct processing and account crediting

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in the P2P or similar area (+2 years)
  • At least B2 level of English
  • Ability to analyze end to end processes
  • Multitasking, ability to organize your own work according to procedures
  • Understanding KPI measures and their impact on profitability
  • Experience of work in a multicultural environment, work both as a team member / independently
