Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage performance, coach team members, and support career growth
- Ensure effective work allocation and control mechanisms
- Drive transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for client-specific processes and systems
- Apply best practices and innovative methodologies to improve performance
- Stay up to date with technology trends and propose relevant solutions
- Use analytical tools to generate insights and recommend improvements
- Optimize resource usage and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Experienced in leading team and managing performance with a focus on service quality
- Strong process and system knowledge, acting as Subject Matter Expert in AP/P2P operations
- Skilled in driving process improvements and transformation initiatives using Lean and tech tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to draw insights and make data-driven recommendations
- Familiar with client system architecture, platforms, and automation technologies
- Promotes innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous development of team members
