For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Scope of responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating the work of the Accounts Payable (AP) team
Supervising the timely and accurate execution of accounting processes related to invoices and payments
Monitoring and verifying purchase documentation and supplier settlements
Resolving issues and providing support to the team in daily operations
Optimizing processes and implementing improvements within the AP area
Reporting team performance results to the finance department and senior management
Training new employees and supporting the development of team members' competencies
Collaborating with other departments, such as Procurement, Finance, and Internal Control
Ensuring team operations comply with company procedures and policies
Participating in internal and external audits related to the AP function
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Accounts Payable area, including at least 1 year in a team leader or coordinator role
Knowledge of accounting processes related to invoicing, settlements, and payments
Strong team management skills and the ability to develop subordinates' competencies
Very good command of MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision)
Accuracy, sense of responsibility, and strong analytical thinking skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Fluent English (minimum level C1)
Good knowledge of German (minimum level B2)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
