Qualifications:

• Knowledge of English & Dutch language at the minimum level of B2 - essential for client communication purposes
• At least 6 months of experience in Finance and Accounting/Account Payable
• Accountability and taking ownership for the tasks entrusted to the role holder
• Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks
• Good working knowledge of computers and financial tools
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is an asset

Your key activities:

• Process all vendor invoices in accordance with the documented procedure
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare the payment proposals and run payments according to the schedule
• Reconcile the AP Suspense account in a timely manner
• Provide customer service to the client
