YOUR ROLE

Role based in BSv organisation. Leveraging deepening to expert knowledge of Problem Resolution, the Problem Resolution Process Experts participate in or lead the achievement of service levels and key measurement targets of the team, delivering a high quality and cost-effective service that drives compelling business outcomes. They ensure the delivery of customer-focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, and methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements. They may temporarily back up or be the Team Lead and are the key Subject Matter Expert in the team to resolve operational issues raised by more junior team members. Their domain expertise means they are responsible for problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices.

YOUR TASKS

• Contact clients and various teams in Capgemini across the world.
• Prepare basic reports and analyses.
• Resolve problems for invoices pending payment.
• Analyze statements and reminder notes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Financial background in the form of first experience or education.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Openness and willingness to start your career in finance.
• Acquiring or possessing higher education.
