Job Description:

Your Responsibilities

• Coding, processing and analyzing vendor invoices
• Processing invoices in a timely manner
• Maintain payable aging
• Answer accounts payable inquiries and audit queries
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Respond to ADM business inquiries - everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries
• Implement improvements within the scope of accounting processes
• Assist with ad-hoc projects
• Support the process of closing and reporting financial results
• Other ad-hoc duties at the request of the AP Leader
• Cover for other Accounts Payable staff while on leave to ensure service levels and processing timescales are met

Your Profile

• Possessing accounting knowledge
• Masters degree (financial studies will be appreciated)
• Professional experience in SSC or in the field of accounting is a must
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Having English skills
• Very good communication skills
• Efficient use of MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Willing to learn and develop their knowledge and skills
