Accounts Receivable Specialist with German

Your Key Responsibilities

• Processing full cycle of cash allocation, cash management, credit management, and AR master data management.
• Transferring processes at the location to a shared services center, documenting them, standardizing according to company standards, and training new employees.
• Maintaining credit limits for each customer in the system, complying with Credit Insurance company and Bank Guarantees.
• Applying and checking credit limits.
• Reviewing & releasing daily delivery blocks.
• Daily monitoring of payments.
• Collection of all outstanding items due on assigned accounts.
• Dispute management - differentiation and discrepancies.
• Preparing a variety of credit and collection documentation.
• Other receivables activities such as invoice/credit note checks, recharges, collection calls, dunning preparation.
• Reconciliation and analysis of account balances during month-end process.
• Interaction with customers regarding Accounts Receivable financial documents.
• Supporting internal control testing and preparation of relevant documentation.

Your Qualifications

• Masters degree in economics or business administration with a major in accounting.
• Previous experience in a Financial Shared Services for a global company is an asset.
• Experience supporting process transitions.
• Proficient in business Polish, English, and German, both written and spoken.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
• Good organizational and coordination skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in teams, under pressure, and within all deadlines.
• Understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and internal control is an advantage.
• Openness to continuous improvement, innovative ideas, and feedback.
• Willingness to participate in international travel activities.
