About Our Client

Our Client is an international medical devices manufacturer. They operate globally and have an SSC based in Mokotów, Warsaw (hybrid working model 2-3 days from the office per week).

Job Description

1. Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Maintain compliance with the companys internal control framework.
3. Handle daily financial transactions and maintain proper data.
4. Perform payments via electronic transfers and checks, following approval protocols.
5. Manage financial entries and maintain accurate payment records.
6. Support audits by providing requested accounts payable data.
7. Coordinate with Purchasing to match invoices with purchase orders, resolving discrepancies.
8. Investigate and resolve payment issues with stakeholders.
9. Track payments, purchase orders, and invoices.
10. Maintain accounts payable documentation and reconcile vendor accounts.
11. Monitor the Accounts Payable mailbox and handle inquiries.
12. Train and guide new team members and support less experienced staff.

The Successful Applicant

1. University degree in accounting, finance, or any relevant field.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an SSC environment.
3. Very good English and Spanish are required.
4. MS Excel and ERP systems experience is required.
5. Strong analytical and communication skills.
6. Highly detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
