Project information:

• Industry: IT
• Type of project: Accountancy
• Location: Warsaw; hybrid work model
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Remuneration: 8000 - 10000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Verifying and processing invoices
• Contacting with vendors and resolving discrepancies
• Monitoring payments processing and preparing bank transfers
• Preparing reports and analyses
• Reconciling of vendor/balance sheets accounts
• Maintaining accounting documentation
• Ensuring the correctness and accuracy with accounting standards and regulations
• Participating in audits

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting department (preferably in Accounts Payable area)
• Fluent English & German (B2/C1)
• Good Excel skills
• Problem-solving and great communication skills
• Experience in working with SAP (nice to have)
