ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • Invoice Management: Enter purchase invoices (cost and inventory) and intercompany (IC) invoices daily. Proactively investigate discrepancies and seek assistance to resolve them for accurate posting.
  • Vendor queries and proactive supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers to provide payment information, confirm supplier balances, receive invoices electronically, and maintain strong, professional supplier relationships.
  • Data Preparation: Prepare data for internal and external analysis projects, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • GRNI Analysis: Conduct GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) analysis.
  • Error Resolution: Proactively solve processing errors in your area of responsibility.
  • Transition Experience: experience in transitioning financial processes to a Shared Services Center, including knowledge transfer, process mapping, and creating clear process documentation and procedures.
  • Process Stabilization & Continuous Improvement: active involvement in process stabilization, identifying process gaps and inefficiencies, supporting standardization efforts, implementing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the SSC environment.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely, compliant, and accurate financial reporting.
  • Reconciliation and Analysis: Perform monthly reconciliation and analysis of the status of indirect production material receipts with invoices received, identifying discrepancies, and driving timely resolution


WYMAGANIA:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
  • Tax Knowledge: understanding of EU VAT regulations (including the VAT Act), along with familiarity with U.S. sales and use tax requirements
  • ERP Systems: Familiarity with integrated ERP systems (PLEX, Mapics XA/AS400, IFS, Coupa or others).
  • Language Proficiency: Communicative level of English (B2).
