AP AccountantMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Key responsibilities:

• Check and input invoices for goods and services and send off for approval;
• Verify approval on all invoices;
• Chase invoices that are pending approvals;
• Investigate anomalies identified through the payment process;
• Reconcile supplier statements and direct debits payments.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in AP,
• Knowledge of English C1 level,
• Must be able to use all MS Office, in particular Excell,
• Knowledge of German/French/Italian will be an asset,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
